Meet the GM

Meet Sheri Vandeusen


For Sheri Vandeusen, food service is a family affair! Sheri learned her work ethic from her mother, who worked fourteen-hour days, six days a week managing food facilities for a collection of local hospitals and nursing homes. As an adult, Sheri continued the family trade. She studied hospitality management in college, owned a successful pub in Ithaca, and served as an event planner for Cornell University. Then Sheri made the life changing decision to move out west.

In San Diego she found work managing banquets, first for Harrah's Resort and then for the Temecula Creek Inn. After the Temecula Creek Inn was bought out by Pechanga, she changed gears once again by applying to the Grand Restaurant Group.

Today Sheri serves as the general manager of Bellamy's Restaurant, where she's fine-tuning customer service with enhanced server training, detailed wine classes, and higher standards for hospitality. She also works closely with Chef Lucio to roll out seasonal menus and monitor for quality control.

After working in a corporate environment for so many years, Sheri appreciates GRG's family dynamic. She values how supportive everyone is, noting that her colleagues are always ready and more than willing to help when she needs it.
