Crispy Skin Seabass
Chef nailed it on this dish...one of the best pieces of fish I've had the pleasure of eating. Perfectly cooked with a nice crispy skin but not at all dry or overdone. The sauce was perfect and let the fish shine through while still being totally delicious. The cauliflower "risotto" was really nice in texture and taste...overall a winning dish that I would expect at a Michelin starred restaurant.

Absolutely delicious combination! Everything Bellamy does is delicious but this just became my favorite appetizer.

Very delicious in taste and presentation. The seabass was cooked to perfection and was sitting on a bed of "to die for" mascarpone cauliflower risotto. The escarole added nice texture and color. Definitely a must try dish.
